Our first assignment in Intro to Baking this semester was decorative bread. We got to make a firm dough and make whatever we wanted out of it. I chose a crab, my partner did a hand and we had the crab punching the hand's finger for a double-combo that impressed the Chef. Unfortunately, my brother ate the hand before I could get a picture of it, but my crab was still in tact. 8D
Bread was coated with egg wash before baking and eyes are raisins.
